If a client doesn't show up for their scheduled session, you still get paid. We handle all the payment processing, so you're protected. Clients can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Absolutely! You set your own hourly rate when you sign up, and you can update it anytime from your dashboard. You're in complete control of your pricing.

We process payouts weekly via Stripe. Once a session is completed, the payment is processed and you'll receive your earnings (minus our 15% platform fee) within 5-7 business days. All payouts go directly to your connected Stripe account.

No! You just set your available time slots, and we handle the rest. When someone books, we automatically create the Zoom link and send reminders to both you and your client. No calendar chaos!

You can cancel or reschedule sessions from your dashboard. We recommend giving at least 24 hours notice to clients. If you need to cancel last minute, we'll help coordinate with your client.

No, joining Vonsult is completely free! We only take a 15% platform fee from your paid sessions. There are no upfront costs, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You keep 85% of every session you complete.
