Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Vonsult platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Vonsult is a platform that connects users ("Clients") with influencers, experts, and coaches ("Coaches") for personalized 1-on-1 video consultations. Vonsult facilitates the booking, payment, and video conferencing for these sessions but is not a party to the direct advice or consultation provided by the Coach.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

For Clients: You agree to pay the fees established by the Coach for their services. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of the booking.

Refunds: Refund policies may vary. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be refunded, at the discretion of the Coach and Vonsult.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Posting or transmitting content that is illegal, obscene, or defamatory.
• Attempting to bypass the Vonsult platform to conduct bookings directly with Coaches introduced through the Service (platform circumvention).
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service.

The Vonsult platform, including its logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Vonsult and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains the property of the respective user, but you grant Vonsult a license to use such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

No Professional Advice: Vonsult is a technology platform. We do not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Coaches are independent contractors and not employees of Vonsult. Vonsult does not endorse or guarantee the quality or accuracy of any advice provided by Coaches.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VONSULT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
